Utsunomiya is especially renowned for its gyoza, small dumplings filled with pork. The city is home to many restaurants that specialize in this dish, so you should definitely try it when you come here.

SkySpa is my favorite feature of every Candeo Hotel I visited. If you visit Candeo Hotels’ Sky Spa, you can experience a luxurious Japanese-style spa in the heart of the city. The spa includes a sauna that is popular with many guests, and the number of repeat customers has been increasing year after year.
You can relax and soak up the morning sun, watch the sunset, or enjoy the beautiful nightscape from the spa, which is open from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. This is ideal if you want to relax after a day of sightseeing!
Note that the Sky Spa is only available to hotel guests, and children who still wear diapers are not permitted in the baths. If you have tattoos, you will need to cover them before entering the baths, and tattoo covers are provided at the front desk. Of course, you don’t have to worry about privacy since the baths’ windows are covered with privacy film.
